WhatsApp campaigns that land in a real inbox
Send an approved template to a segment of your contacts — and when they reply, the conversation appears in the shared inbox like any other.
Free for 14 days. No credit card required.
Templates, as Meta requires
Business-initiated WhatsApp messages must use an approved template. Campaigns are template-only by design, so a send cannot be refused for the one reason it usually is.
Segments, not spreadsheets
Build a segment from your contacts and their tags, rather than exporting a list and hoping it is current.
Replies go somewhere
A campaign that generates replies nobody sees is worse than no campaign. Every answer arrives in the shared inbox and can be assigned.
Opt-in respected
Only contacts who messaged you first or opted in. The window rules are enforced in the product, not left to the sender to remember.
Alongside a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
Campaigns questions, answered
- Can I send a WhatsApp campaign to any phone number?
- No, and no compliant tool can. WhatsApp only permits business-initiated messages to people who have opted in, using a template Meta has approved. Buying a list and sending to it is how numbers get banned.
- What is a WhatsApp message template?
- A message format approved by Meta in advance, with variables for the parts that change — a name, an order number, a date. It is the only way to start a conversation outside the 24-hour window.
- How long does template approval take?
- Usually minutes to a few hours. You write and submit templates in OmnioChat and their status syncs back, so you can see what has been approved without leaving for WhatsApp Manager.
- Can I send email campaigns too?
- Yes, using your own SMTP server. Campaigns go out on your credentials rather than a shared platform sender, which keeps one business's bulk send from affecting anyone else's deliverability.
