About OmnioChat
OmnioChat is a shared team inbox for small and medium businesses. Your customers message you on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram; your team answers all of it from one screen, instead of passing a phone around or watching three apps.
Why it exists
Most businesses under fifty people handle customer conversations badly, and not because they do not care. A WhatsApp number lives on one person's phone. Instagram DMs are checked by whoever runs the account. Messenger sits in a tab nobody has open. When that person is on holiday, the messages are simply not answered, and nobody else can see that they were not.
Every tool that fixes this is priced for a support department. We built OmnioChat for the businesses below that line — the ones where the same two people answer the messages, write the posts, and chase the orders.
Who builds it
OmnioChat is built and operated by A & A Labs, the company named in our privacy policy and terms.
We are an approved Meta Tech Provider, with WhatsApp Business messaging and management access granted through Meta's App Review. That matters more than it sounds: it is what lets you connect your own WhatsApp number, your own Facebook Page and your own Instagram account through Meta's official flow, rather than handing credentials to a reseller or sharing someone else's number.
How we think about your data
Every account, number, contact and message belongs to the business that connected it. We act on your behalf and nothing else: we never message anyone on our own behalf, we never use one customer's data for another's, and we do not use your conversations for advertising or to train anything.
Deleting a conversation in OmnioChat removes our copy. We cannot alter the customer's copy on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, and we will not claim otherwise.
What we do not do
We think a product is easier to trust when it says what it refuses to do.
- It is staffed by people, not a bot. AI can draft a reply; a person reads it and sends it.
- No cold WhatsApp outreach. Business-initiated WhatsApp needs an approved template and an opted-in recipient. The product enforces both, because the alternative gets your number banned.
- No YouTube or TikTok publishing. They are video platforms and do not fit a text-and-image composer. We would rather omit a channel than do it badly.
