Automate the parts nobody should be doing by hand
Build flows that route, tag, reply and follow up, so your team spends its time on the conversations that need a person.
Free for 14 days. No credit card required.
Route to the right team
Send conversations from a channel or matching a keyword straight to the team that handles them, instead of everyone watching one queue.
Follow up without remembering
Trigger a message after a delay, on a tag, or when an order reaches a state.
Google Sheets and Calendar
Write a row or create an event from a conversation, so what happens in chat reaches the systems the rest of the business uses.
Hand to a human, always
Any flow can hand the conversation to a person, and an agent can take one over at any point. Automation that cannot be escaped is how customers end up shouting at a bot.
Alongside a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
Automation questions, answered
- Do I need to write code to build an automation?
- No. Flows are built from trigger and action blocks in the browser.
- Can automation reply outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window?
- No, and OmnioChat will not try. The send-message action is skipped when the window has closed rather than failing at Meta, because a flow that silently errors is worse than one that visibly waits.
- Will a customer get stuck talking to a bot?
- No. Every conversation can be taken over by an agent, and flows can hand off deliberately. The inbox is staffed by people; automation removes the repetitive parts rather than replacing them.
- What can trigger a flow?
- An inbound message, a keyword, a tag, a channel, a schedule, or an e-commerce event such as an abandoned cart.
