Request data deletion

Use this if you want personal data removed from OmnioChat. You do not need an account, and you do not need a Facebook login — if you connected accounts through Facebook or Instagram, removing OmnioChat from Settings → Apps and Websites revokes them automatically and you do not need this form.

The address we would find you by — the one you signed up with, or the one a business holds for you.

Naming the business you messaged, if you know it, is what lets us find the right records rather than guess.

You will get a confirmation code and a page to track the request. A person reviews each one — we have to establish that the address is yours before deleting anything, since otherwise anyone could erase anyone else's records by typing their address here.
